Who we are:

The Pacific Rivers Council  (PRC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to protect and restore rivers, their watersheds, and native aquatic species.

The Position:

PRC is seeking an intern to help launch a corporate giving program. In particular, the intern would research local, regional and national corporations with charitable giving programs to identify companies that could potentially donate to PRC's conservation programs. Depending on the intern's time availability, other possible duties could include creation and implementation of a corporation tracking system with application guidelines and deadline information as well as drafting applications and other communications.

Desired Qualifications:

The candidate should have an interest in environmental advocacy and/or non-profit fundraising and management and the ability to work independently.

Hours:

Time commitment and schedule are negotiable. It is possible that this position could be outside of Eugene if intern has internet access.
