1) Typing labels and labeling file folders.
2) Filing.
3) Stuffing envelopes with Accounts Payable payments, stapling backup together, filing copies. Need to coordinate specific time to do this with Office Manager.
4) Reorganizing General Manager’s file cabinet.
5) Photocopying forms.
6) Answering phone calls on Wednesdays
